Compared to SSRI monotherapy, adjunctive prescriptive L-methylfolate reduced depressive symptoms by up to 84%.1

A combination medication is a single medication containing two or more active ingredients that have mechanistic complementarity. A common example you may be familiar with is Bactrim (Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole).

Escalucin, Fluoxlucin, Sertralucin, and Citalucin are combination antidepressant medications that are complexed with prescriptive L-methylfolate, which increases monoamine neurotransmitter synthesis while the SSRI blocks it's reuptake. Learn more here.

Escalucin, Fluoxlucin, Sertralucin, and Citalucin requires a prescription. If you have a provider already, then instructions for how to request a prescription for SSRI+ can be found here. Otherwise, if you would like a provider, we can connect you to a provider within our Lume network here.
